What lease term lengths does your community offer?
Our community offers lease term lengths ranging from 7 to 14 months.
What size apartments does your community offer?
We offer several floor plans, including a one-bedroom at 751 square feet,
a two-bedroom at 1,078 square feet, and a three-bedroom at 1,311 square feet.
What utilities, if any, are included in the monthly rent?
Utilities are not included in the monthly rent.
What is your pet policy?
Woodbine welcomes both cats and dogs, with up to two cats or dogs per
residence. Certain dog breeds are restricted. Pet and assistance animal
information is managed through PetScreening, and all requests are reviewed
by management as part of the community’s standard process.

What amenities does your community offer?
Residents have access to a 24-hour fitness center,
a resort-style swimming pool, a business center,
and a dedicated dog park.
Does your community have EV charging stations?
We do not have EV charging stations available on the property.
Where can guests park?
Guests are welcome to utilize our open parking spaces,
and we also offer detached garages available for an additional monthly charge.

Mail & Deliveries
How does your community sort and receive mail/packages?
We have four mail centers on the property equipped with
parcel lockers for USPS deliveries, while UPS, FedEx,
and Amazon deliver packages directly to the resident's door.
